For the first time this year and with great pleasure, I participated in the Festival Joséphine fait…. This beautiful initiative touches me particularly because it contributes significantly to the spread of yoga in Alsace.
Every summer for the past 3 years, the volunteer members of this association (Josephines) have been mobilizing to offer the general public the opportunity to discover the world of yoga, particularly through different forms of practice.
With Josephines, yoga classes are free and open to everyone, it’s really remarkable! In a completely unexpected way, I had the chance to teach my classes while being accompanied by the powerful sound vibrations emitted by Fredy Berthonneau’s instruments.
Saturday, July 27, 2019 :

- Yin yoga therapy “self-love” Josephine pavilion (room on the first floor)
